Instructions

  1. Beat Cream Cheese and Fluff: In the large bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the room-temperature cream cheese and Marshmallow Fluff on medium-high speed until the mixture becomes light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
  2. Add Cocoa Ingredients and Mix: Add the hot cocoa mix, heavy cream, and unsweetened cocoa powder to the bowl. Beat on low speed just until combined, about 1 to 2 minutes. Then increase the speed to medium-high and continue beating until the dip is smooth and the cocoa mix is fully dissolved, approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Optionally top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and holiday sprinkles. Serve alongside an assortment of cookies and fresh strawberries for dipping.
