Ingredients

Scale

Potatoes

  • 3 medium potatoes (about 11/4 lbs.), peeled and cut into chunks

Mix-ins

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Original Spread
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • Pinch ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil Potatoes: Cover the peeled and chunked potatoes with water in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring the water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer uncovered until the potatoes are very tender, approximately 15 minutes. Drain the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Mash and Mix: Return the drained potatoes to the saucepan and mash until smooth. Stir in the Country Crock Original Spread, 2% milk, salt, and ground black pepper until well combined and creamy.

Notes

  • Use Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes for best texture.
  • Adjust milk quantity to achieve desired creaminess.
  • For richer flavor, substitute 2% milk with cream or whole milk.
  • Season with additional pepper or herbs to taste.
  • Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
