  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1/2 tbsp hot honey
  • Chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare The Sweet Potatoes: Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small cubes. Season them with 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Lightly spray the cubes with olive oil to ensure even cooking and crispiness. Place them in an air fryer and cook at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until golden and tender, shaking the basket halfway through for even browning.
  2. Cook The Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef along with 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir occasionally to break up the meat, cooking until it is fully browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Assemble The Bowls: Divide the cooked sweet potatoes and ground beef evenly into two bowls. Add half of the cubed avocado to each bowl, then top each with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Finally, drizzle with half a tablespoon of hot honey and sprinkle chili flakes to your preferred level of spiciness for an added kick.
