Buffalo Chickpea Dip Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup vegan ranch dressing
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup plant-based cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the dip.
  2. Mash Chickpeas: Rinse and drain the chickpeas thoroughly, then place them in a small baking dish. Use a potato masher to mash the chickpeas to your preferred texture, whether slightly chunky or mostly smooth.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Add the vegan ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and half of the plant-based cheddar cheese to the mashed chickpeas. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Top and Bake: Sprinkle the remaining plant-based cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the mixture. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted and slightly bubbly.
