  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 1 lime zest, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 1/2 red onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure a perfectly baked salmon.
  2. Prepare Salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking dish. Season them evenly with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Drizzle and coat the fillets with the extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Bake Salmon: Bake the seasoned salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
